When I first decided to attend a BBQ Cooking school I knew I wanted to learn from an individual(s) who walked the walk and talked the talk! Someone who was winning in competition BBQ TODAY not 5 or 15 years ago. I found that with Donny and Cindy Teel of Buffalo's BBQ!

One of the things that impressed and intrigued me was a statement Donny himself made about his cooking school:

"It just takes a few walks to the stage to offset the cost of this class. Even if you don't cook exactly the way I do, just some of the techniques that you will pickup could be what gets your BBQ team to be the last one said for the day and those words: THE GRAND CHAMPION IS: insert your team name here"

My first contest after attending this cooking class I won my first championship award in the Pork Category in Pueblo Colorado! 1st out of 67 teams! That first win payed for this cooking school just as Donny had said it would!

After having attending this class, winning an award and having learned why Donny Teel is one of the best in competition BBQ, I can honestly say I would happily pay MORE to attend this school again, no questions asked!
